James Savage, Delaware County Supervisor and Chief Custodian of the Delaware County Voting Machine Warehouse, sued Plaintiffs for defamation just prior to learning there was a whistleblower with proof of his November 3, 2020 election law violations.

On May 27, 2021, James Savage, the Chief Supervisor of the Voting Machine Warehouse in Delaware County, PA and James Allen, Director of Elections for Delaware County are seen discussing a recent Right-To-Know request. Allen suggests that Savage “go to every machine and put in a new clean drive” to create a record of the 2020 General Election results.

Savage brags about his relationship with the PA’s Delaware County District Attorney, Jack Stollsteimer, stating that the DA Stollsteimer owes him favors.

Savage was the Vice-Chair of the PA Democratic Party and worked as DA Stollsteimer’s “progressive shield” and “buffer.”

Savage has on numerous occasions directed poll workers that there will be situations where the scanner will not print the tapes (which store results from tabulators/scanners). Savage has on numerous occasions directed poll workers that there will be situations where the ballot scanner will not print the result tapes and that “there’s nothing we can do…if it won’t print…it won’t print…just shut the machine down” which allowed Savage to have control of election data from precincts at the Voting Machine Warehouse and he can report election data. Savage gave these exact instructions to numerous precincts on November 3, 2020.
